Tarah Singh grew up in Hendersonville, NC and has lived in the area for over 25 years, her family is originally from British Guyana, South America. She Gradated from West Henderson High School in 1993 and then Attended Skyland Academy School of Cosmetology. She began to study at Mountain Phoenix School for art with Jean Lindabury in 2001.
